The original KAROUN "LAITERIE KAROUN" founded in 1931 by Ohannes Baghdassarian was transformed by Ara Baghdassarian in 1972 into a corporation: KAROUN DAIRIES S.A.L. 

Normal expansion of operations led to the KAROUN DAIRIES Group formation.

 

The group comprises the following companies:

• KAROUN DAIRIES S.A.L. - Lebanon

• KAROUN DAIRIES INC. - Canada  Sole licensee of KAROUN DAIRIES S.A.L. in CANADA

• KARLACTI, Inc. - USA  Sole licensee of KAROUN DAIRIES S.A.L. in the USA

 

All other companies, organizations or private entities bearing or using KAROUN name are not related to the KAROUN DAIRIES Group run by Ara Baghdassarian.
